Summary
Miyu Paint does not collect personal data, does not use advertising or analytics, and does not track you. The apps do not require an account and do not operate an app-content backend. Editing happens on your device.
Documents and images
The app reads a document, image, photo, scan, or camera result only after you choose the corresponding system control. Content is processed locally for editing, preview, saving, recovery, export, or printing. It is not uploaded to the developer.
You choose where documents are opened and saved. If you choose iCloud Drive or another Files provider, that provider may transfer and store the file under your account and its own privacy terms. Miyu Paint does not operate or receive data from that provider.
Camera, Photos, and scanning on iPad
Miyu Paint Canvas requests access only when you choose Photo Library, Camera, or Scan Document. The resulting image is used for the document you are editing. The app does not perform background capture, face recognition, or media-library scanning.
Printing and sharing
Print and export begin only when you choose them. If you continue from Print Preview, Apple system services or the printer you select receive the material needed to complete your requested print job. The developer does not receive it.
Local preferences and recovery
The apps may store interface preferences and local recovery information on your device so settings and recoverable work can persist. This data is not used to identify you, is not sent to the developer, and is removed according to system storage and app-deletion behavior.
Children, sale, and disclosure
The apps do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. The developer does not sell, rent, or disclose personal data because the apps do not collect it.
Changes and contact
If app behavior changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated with a new effective date before the changed version is released.
